I was shocked to see that Chris Sardisco and Darlene Turner have passed away! Does anyone know what happened? I have many memories of them both:) Pink Floyd and the Smokin' Lounge.LOL!

Really enjoyed looking at the class photos--too bad I can't remember anybody's name (we're old remember???). The reunion sounds like fun, but costs are pretty pricey in these economic times, especially for those of us who would have to travel long distances (I'm living in SC). It was hard to see that we have lost some of our classmates. Sure had fun looking at the old picture and reminiscing some great times.

I work in a High School now and let me tell you things sure have changed.

 Hi All,

I thought the reunion was great; it was really good to see everyone. I love the idea of interim happy hours to stay connected.  I'm sorry to keep pushing the Zoo, but I work there, so I have to! I would suggest that a future happy hour take place at one of the summer ZooBrews. They take place once a month between May and September. There is a small admission fee, beer, wine, soft drinks, food, raffles and music. It's a different band each month.  There are 2 remaining this year - on August 13 and September 10. Next year's dates will be announced in January.

Even if it's not an "official 1980 Class Happy Hour" you may want to check it out. These are 21-and-older events.

Attention Greece Olympia Cheerleaders who were coached by Val Snelgrove:  I just learned today that the cheerleading squads who were coached by Val are being  inducted into the Greece Olympia sports Hall of Fame next year.  Don't have the details yet, but I'll post them when I do.
